Dr. Paul is a Public Health Physician based in Geneva, Switzerland, with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, project management and epidemiology. She holds certifications in Project Design, Monitoring & Evaluation and Impact Evaluation from the International Training Centre (ITC) of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
Dr Paul completed her medical undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India, where she also served as a faculty member in Community Health for a few years. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Public Health, Kent State University, Ohio.
In March 2024, she joined ReAct Africa as the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager.
