Oskar leads the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of ReAct’s work. He holds a PhD in Ecotoxicology relating to impacts from antibiotic use in food animal production systems from Stockholm University. As an antibiotic resistance expert, he provides scientific and strategic support to ReAct’s projects and the ReAct Toolbox. Prior to joining ReAct he was the scientific leader for the Keystone Project on antimicrobial resistance for the global seafood initiative SeaBOS at the Royal Swedish Academy of Science.
