The match pass included the director General of Zambia National Public Health Institute, the Zambian AMR Focal Point, representatives from line ministries, WHO Zambia, Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia, media houses and over 200 students.

Various information and educational materials were distributed to the general public to raise awareness on antimicrobial resistance – in humans, animals and the environment – under the theme for the week – Preventing Antimicrobial Resistance Together.
