Meaningful progress on AMR depends on strong community input. As governments prepare for the 2026 Ministerial Conference in Abuja, ReAct invites you to share your perspectives through the “From People to Leaders: Road to Abuja 2026 – Community Priorities Survey.
In June 2026, governments will gather in Abuja, Nigeria, for the 5th Global High-Level Ministerial Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) under the theme:
“One Health: Advancing Global AMR Commitments through Local Action.”
As preparations for the conference advance, it is essential that community organisations, civil society, and grassroots actors help shape the priorities and accountability mechanisms that will guide global AMR action.
To support this process, ReAct is launching the “From People to Leaders: Road to Abuja 2026 – Community Priorities Survey.”
Purpose of the survey
The survey aims to gather perspectives from civil society, community organizations, researchers, and practitioners working across the One Health spectrum to:
- Identify priority issues for the Abuja Ministerial
- Inform advocacy messages and related communication materials
- Support a virtual dialogue ahead of the conference
- Strengthen calls for inclusive and accountable AMR governance
The survey takes approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.
You may choose to respond anonymously.

We would be very grateful if you could complete the survey and share it with colleagues or networks who may wish to contribute.
Thank you very much for your time and engagement.
